Titan DigiStack is a Dhaka-based digital marketplace built for South Asia’s creators, freelancers, and small businesses. We curate premium tools — WordPress themes and plugins, design and AI subscriptions, productivity software, learning resources, and eBooks — and deliver them at prices that work for local economies.
Every product on Titan DigiStack is sourced through legitimate channels, with verifiable licensing where applicable. We don’t ship cracked or nulled software. What you pay for is what you get — official, supported, and ours to stand behind.

Privacy Policy
We collect only the information needed to deliver your order: your name, contact details, and any account credentials required to provision a subscription on your behalf. We never sell your data to third parties.
What we store

- Order history so we can support refunds, renewals, and replacements.
- Cart contents on your device only — your cart never leaves your browser unless you check out.
What we never do

Terms & Conditions
By purchasing from Titan DigiStack you agree to these terms. They’re written in plain language because you shouldn’t need a lawyer to understand a software receipt.
Licenses & usage
- Licenses are provisioned for the buyer named on the order. Resale or transfer is not permitted unless the original publisher allows it.
- Subscription products run for the term advertised. Renewals are not automatic unless explicitly stated.
- Bulk and agency licenses follow the publisher’s seat limits.
Service availability
- We make every effort to deliver instantly. In rare cases (publisher downtime, payment verification), delivery can take up to 24 hours.
- If we cannot deliver an order, you receive a full refund.
Refund Policy
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered, with these exceptions:
- Undelivered orders: full refund within 24 hours of payment.
- Defective product: if a license fails to activate and we cannot replace it within 48 hours, you get a full refund.
- Wrong product delivered: we replace it free of charge or refund in full.
How to request a refund
- Email hello@titandigistack.com with your order ID and a brief description.
- We respond within one business day. Approved refunds reach your account within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
